My name is Lori Ruh, and my husband Fred and I have proudly owned our home in Arrowhead Lake since 2018 and are full time residents of the community. Over the years, Arrowhead Lake has become far more than just a place we live. It has become home. Like many families here, we care deeply about preserving what makes this community special while also helping ensure it remains financially strong, well managed, and thoughtfully prepared for the future.
Professionally, I serve as Vice President of Operational Risk and Special Projects for a holdings company supporting the financial services industry. My career began in client service and account management, where I spent more than 15 years managing multimillion dollar client relationships and helping organizations improve operations, communication, and long term performance.
Later in my career, I joined a startup IT company in an operational leadership role, where I helped build organizational structure and created the company’s IT reselling division from the ground up. I later transitioned into Operational Risk, where I established a Vendor Management program and now oversee Operational Risk, Vendor Management, Client Deal Committee operations, and strategic projects focused on operational improvement, technology implementation, and long term organizational goals.
Throughout my career, I have focused on solving problems, improving processes, strengthening communication, and helping organizations make thoughtful and informed decisions.
Within Arrowhead Lake, I currently serve on the Recreation Committee and have enjoyed becoming more involved in the community and getting to know many of the residents who make this place special.
As our community continues to grow and evolve, I believe there is a real opportunity to continue strengthening transparency, communication, homeowner engagement, and modernization efforts, particularly around technology and access to information. I strongly support the goals outlined in the community’s Strategic Plan and believe thoughtful execution, open communication, and resident involvement will be essential to achieving long term success.
Family is at the center of everything we do. Fred and I are proud parents of four daughters, and our experiences as a family have reinforced the importance of resilience, communication, advocacy, and strong communities that support and respect one another.
Arrowhead Lake is a community we truly love, and I would be honored to serve in a way that helps support a transparent, well managed, and forward thinking future for all residents.
